GUIDED MEDITATION
My voice and presence will guide you through meditation. It might be clear and basic meditation practice focused just on staying in the present moment. Alternatively, it might be focused on a special topic. We can go through a cleansing of old relationships or dysfunctional mindsets, or we can through meditation support recovery from diseases. We can work on our state of mind to focus on important aspects like love, money, career, self-development, self-confidence, or inner peace.
