I'll teach you how to breathe correctly. We will connect the breath with basic yoga practice (asanas) to stretch the body. When we feel strong in our breath, we will gently start to use our voices. You can connect with emotions, like shyness or shame, or anything that was hidden inside. Those who like to sing will probably feel happiness and pleasure through this practice. And I hope in the end that everyone will feel positive vibes! Then we will start to sing simple mantras connected to energy centers.
